KARACHI: Marvel studios have confirmed that the biggest superhero blockbuster and third top-grossing film of 2012 “The Avengers” will have a squeal.
The project will be again directed by Joss Whedon.
Disney studios have announced a release date for Marvel’s sequel.
The film is reportedly scheduled to release on May 1, 2015.
“Joss Whedon returns to write and direct the untitled Marvel's Avengers sequel, set for release (on) May 1, 2015,” the producers said in a statement.
