police-security3 400 FAISALABAD: Police have devised a security plan for Eid to cope with any untoward incident.

Over 19 police officers, 32 inspectors, 133 sub-inspectors, 267 assistant sub-inspectors, 232 head-constables and 3,069 constables will perform duty at 1022 Eidgahs, including 774 mosques and 246 open places in the district, said a press release.

Ten Elite Force teams will patrol Eidgahs and Eid congregations, besides sensitive areas of the city. CCTV cameras have been installed at all important Eidgahs and other congregation places.
