RAWALPINDI: To provide speedy justice, the Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial constituted two division benches (DB) and four single benches (SBs) for the Lahore High court Rawalpindi bench in the next week.
According to schedule, DB no.1 will comprise on Mr. Justice Kh Imtaiz Ahmed and Mr. Justice Mamoon Rashid Sheikh while DB no 2 will comprise on Mr. Justice Mehmood Maqbool Bajwa and Mr. Justice Ali Baqar Najafi.
Both divisional benches will hear the murder cases and appeals of all kinds.
The four signal benches will comprise on Mr. Justice Kh Imtaiz Ahmed , Mr. Justice Mamoon Rashid Sheikh, Mr. Justice Mehmood Maqbool Bajwa and Mr. Justice Ali Baqar Najafi.
