ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has constituted six benches, including three special benches, at the principal seat to hear a number of important cases during the next week starting from Monday.
According to the cause list, the first bench consists of the Chief Justice, Justice Jawwad S.
Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain, second bench Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar and Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany ,third bench Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and Justice Sh.Azmat ,fourth bench consist of Justice Tariq Parvez and Justice Amir Hani Muslim, fifth bench Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed and the sixth bench of Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry.
The first special bench includes Jawad S Khawaja and Khilji Arif Hussain ,the second comprises Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed while third bench comprising Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali,Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany,Justice Amir Hani Muslim and Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed.
