QUETTA: Gawalmandi police defused a time device planted on the gate of a school on Gordat Singh road on Tuesday.
Police said that unknown men had planted a time devise bomb on the gate of primary school on Gordat Singh road.
Acting on a tip-off, Gawalmandi police along with Bomb Disposal Squad rushed to the site and defused the explosives. Bomb disposal squad sources said that the explosives weighed about three kg.
The police have registered a case against unidentified accused and started investigation into the incident. Further probe was in process.
