HAMBURG: The lowest offer in Iraq's tender to purchase a nominal 50,000 tonnes of wheat was for Romanian wheat at $399.50 a tonne c&f free out (ciffo), European traders said on Tuesday.
This was followed by prices of $406, $408.50 and $417 a tonne ciffo for a combination of Ukrainian, Brazilian and Argentine wheat, traders said.
Ukrainian wheat alone was offered at $413.18 a tonne ciffo.
