ISLAMABAD: The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Thursday released 108,675 cusecs water from various rim stations with inflow of 102,686 cusecs.
According to the data released by IRSA here, the maximum water level in River Indus at Tarbela was 1402.86 feet which was 24.86 feet above its dead level of 1378 feet.
Water inflow was recorded as 26,800 cusecs in the dam while outflow was recorded as 36,000 cusecs.
The release of water at Kalabagh, Taunsa and Sukkur was recorded as 50,916, 35,933 and 25,545 cusecs respectively.
The water level in River Jhelum at Mangla was 1088.85 feet which is 48.85 feet above its dead level of 1040 feet whereas the inflow was recorded as 38,211 and outflow of water in the dam was recorded as 35,000 cusecs.
Similarly, from River Kabul a total of 20,600 cusecs of water was released at Nowshera and 17,075 cusecs released from River Chenab at Marala.
