European stocks edge higher at open

london stock exchange LONDON: Europe's main stock markets nudged higher in opening deals on Thursday, with London's FTSE 100 index of top companies winning 0.10 percent to 5,810.76 points.

Frankfurt's DAX 30 rose 0.14 percent to 7,203.12 points and in Paris the CAC 40 inched up 0.04 percent to stand at 3,427.66 points.
