ISLAMABAD: Balochistan Chief Minister Aslam Raisani has said that no one could suspend his party membership, adding that if any one could do so then he would reward him with Rs10.
Raisani who got fame through his famous dialogue "degree is degree" be it of thermometer or that of education, once again became media’s darling by saying "no one can suspend me."
Pakistan People's Party Kalat division, however, has already suspended Aslam Raisani's membership for three months over violating party rules.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Thursday, he turned down the allegations that he had not taken interest in Balochistan issues.
“Those who say we are not interested in the province’s issues kindly come forward and rule the province, Raisani stated.
"We have not failed, but are taking our responsibilities seriously," Raisani said.
He said that he would settle all issues after getting recovery from illness.
Meanwhile, Balochistan government has summoned provincial assembly session, but Spkeaker Balochistan Assembly has refused to lead the session.
