MULTAN: Federal Minister for Railways Ghulam Ahmed Bilour said on Wednesday that a neat and clean caretaker setup would be established and general elections would be held on time.
Bilour condemned the drone attacks in Waziristan and said that attacks are conspiracy against the country to disturb peace.
He said that stability of national institutions and supremacy of parliament was a better option for country's progress.
About railway upgradation, he said that he had given approval of seven big projects and hoped its better results.
