ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Qamar Zaman Kaira will leave for Bishkek, Kyrghyzstan on Monday to attend Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) heads of governments council meeting.
It will be 11th heads of governments council meeting scheduled to be held on December 4-5, 2012 in Bishkek, Kyrghyzstan.
The Information Minister will also address the meeting on December 5. Pakistan will reiterate its stance for permanent membership of SCO.
Qamar Zaman Kaira hoped that Pakistan's presence in the meeting will contribute and strengthen SCO's endeavors for peace, security and harmony in the region.
