Angelina Jolie quits acting to spend more time with her children

KARACHI: American actress and director Angelina Jolie has decided to quit acting to give more time to her children. The news has come as a shock to her fans around the world, the media reported on Sunday.

Jolie is leaving her glamorous career to spend more time with her six children and to be a stay-at-home mother. Her oldest, adopted boy Maddox turned 11 this year.

Angelina said that she would consider turning her back on Hollywood as her children enter their teens because there is going to be too much to manage at home.

Besides spending time with children there are other reasons that have driven the stunning actor to quit acting. She wants to do more charity work instead of being paid millions for her acting and marry Brad Pitt.

Jolie and Pitt’s relationship had been in the news from almost seven years and they announced their engagement in April 2012.

According to reports, Brad Pitt, who raises their six children, is planning a wedding and it’s not going to be a lavish function. This marriage is going to be Jolie’s third and his second.
