KARACHI: While promoting Dabangg 2, Salman Khan gave a preview of the third (and final) chapter of the series, with Dabangg 3.

Sources cited Khan as saying ‘Dabangg 3 will be a prequel to the first edition of Dabangg’ stating the movie will explore how the character of Chulbul Pandey become the corrupt yet soft hearted police officer he has become loved for. Sonakshi Sinha will secure her place in the third installment including her famous father, Shatrughan Sinha.

The release of the latest film in the franchise Dabangg 2, is scheduled for December 21st, of this year.
