KARACHI: Jay Willey, Harrogate, North Yorkshire claims that the American reality TV stars the Kardashian clan, have taken her product name for their new range of cosmetics "Khroma".
According to media reports, she alleged that her company sent samples of their "Kroma" beauty products to the Kardashian family's makeup-artist 18 months ago. She hoped that the sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney would endorse the products.
But later she saw that the sisters launched their own product under almost a similar name Khroma. She also claimed that they used the same font as hers on the packaging.
However, Willey is in negotiations with the Kardashians' lawyers to change the name of their product.
