Oil import plan of Pakistan State Oil (PSO) is in doldrums due to non-payment of dues by power sector, and it requires Rs 40 billion to retire Letters of Credit (L/Cs) on urgent basis by Friday, sources in Petroleum Ministry told Business Recorder.
