Board’s HR manager Ghulam Akbar Memon moved an application the court, requesting action against both PML-N leaders over chanting slogans at the tomb under the Quaid-e-Azam’s Mazar (Protection and Maintenance) Ordinance.
“The legal fraternity has particularly noted that the Federal Government remains ever willing to let down the provincial government on one pretest or another which is disapproved.”
The resolution came as Supreme Court kept the distance from Sindh Police row in connection to the arrest of Retired Captain Safdar — Nawaz Sharif's son-in-law and Maryam Nawaz's spouse.
