The pan-European STOXX 600 index rose 0.4pc to a new closing high of 452.57, having earlier hit an all-time high of 452.71. It added 0.8pc for the week.
British airways owner IAG lost 0.9pc after Britain removed Portugal from its quarantine-free travel list and added seven more countries to its red list.
EasyJet expects to operate about 15% of pre-crisis capacity in the current April-June quarter, it said on Thursday, before returning furloughed crews for a much-anticipated summer surge.
"We have the ability to flex up quickly to operate 90% of our current fleet over the peak summer period to match demand," Chief Executive Johan Lundgren said in the airline's results statement.
"It wouldn't be right for me to speculate as to which countries in which areas of the world are likely to be on which list. We will have to look at the right time, it's too early to say at the moment," Courts told a parliamentary committee.
The positive response from bond investors comes after British Prime Minister Boris Johnson set out a phased plan on Monday to end England's COVID-19 lockdown.
Encouraged by positive news about travel in its biggest market Britain, easyJet moved to appoint BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley and Santander as joint bookrunners on Tuesday to run a bond sale.
