The CSE All-Share Index fell about 2.29% to close at 7,066.70 points.
Insurance underwriter Ceylinco Insurance Plc and conglomerate Expolanka Holdings Plc were the top drags to the index, falling about 9% and 3.9%, respectively.
The CSE All-Share Index fell 0.57% to close at 7,600.57 points. The index is up over 12.2% for the year.
Conglomerate Lanka ORIX Leasing Company Plc and investment company Browns Investments Plc were the top drags to the index, falling 2.7% and 3.1%, respectively.
The CSE All-Share Index ended up 0.43% at 7,127.69.
Insurance underwriter Ceylinco Insurance Plc and conglomerate Expolanka Holdings Plc were the top boosts to the index, gaining 7.7% and 2.5%, respectively.
The CSE All Share Index closed 1.06% lower at 7,044.56.
In economic news, Sri Lanka's gross domestic product (GDP) grew 1.3% year-on-year in the fourth quarter of 2020, the statistics department said late on Tuesday.
Fast bowler Chris Woakes, who was deemed a possible close contact of Moeen, was among those who tested negative but will continue to isolate in his room as a precaution.
