Chaudhary Iftikhar Ali Khan, former defence secretary and brother of Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan has been laid to rest in his ancestral graveyard.
According to private TV channel, his funeral prayers was offered in his village Chakri. Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Raja Zafarul Haq, Ishaq Dar, District Nazim Lahore Mian Muhammad Amer, Mian Muhammad Aslam, Intelligence Bureau Chief Ejaz Shah, Khawaja Asif, Raja Riaz, Munir Orakzai, Ayaz Amir, Iqbal Zafar Jhagra and many other members of Pakistan People's Party, Jamaat-i-Islami, PML-Q attended the funeral prayers. Strict security measures were made on the occasion.
