MCB Asset Management Company Limited (MCB AMC) has declared bonus units and cash dividend to unit holders of MCB Dynamic Cash Fund (DCF) and MCB Cash Management Optimiser (CMOP).
Board of Directors of MCB Asset Management Company Limited, the management company of MCB DCF and MCB CMOP in their meeting held on October 15, 2010 approved the following interim distribution to unit holders invested under its management at the close of business hours on October 15, 2010:
MCB Cash Management Optimizer: Cash dividend on Cash Dividend Units on the basis of Net Asset Value of the Fund as at October 17, 2010 at the rate of Rs 3.1651 per unit ie 3.1651 percent. The Board has approved the bonus on Growth and Income Units @ 3.1651 percent on the face value of Rs 100 (Rs 3.1651 per unit).
An investor holding 100 units as of October 18, 2010 will get 3.1651 bonus units on the ex-bonus price of Rs 100.00 per unit, the proportionate will apply to actual holdings. MCB Dynamic Cash Fund: Cash dividend on Cash Dividend Units on the basis of Net Asset Value of MCB DCF as at October 15, 2010 at the rate of Rs 2.7051 per unit ie 2.7051 percent.
Bonus Units on Growth and Income Units @ 2.7051 percent on the face value of Rs 100 (Rs 2.7051 per unit). An investor holding 100 units as of October 15, 2010 will get 2.6651 bonus units on the ex-bonus price of Rs 101.50 per unit, the proportionate will apply to actual holdings.-PR
