KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 14.852 billion and the number of lots traded at 12,062.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 5.734 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.378 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.260 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.821 billion), Silver (PKR 657.919 million), Copper (PKR 603.982 million), DJ (PKR 498.781 million), Natural Gas (PKR 411.788 million), Platinum (PKR 265.394 million), SP 500 (PKR 161.957 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 57.991 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 36 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 33.702 million were traded.
