KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 12.386 billion and the number of lots traded at 11,731.
Major business was contributed by Crude Oil amounting to PKR 3.208 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.683 billion), Gold (PKR 2.665 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.870 billion), DJ (PKR 537.928 million), Silver (PKR 393.952 million), Platinum (PKR 350.349 million), SP 500 (PKR 343.540 million), Natural Gas (PKR 226.338 million), Copper (PKR 85.030 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 19.974 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 59 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 58.498 million were traded.
