KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 11.740 billion and the number of lots traded at 10,616. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 3.927 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.471 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.668 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.166 billion), DJ (PKR 1.121 billion), Platinum (PKR 652.418 million), Silver (PKR 326.240 million), Natural Gas (PKR 192.221 million), SP 500 (PKR 111.181 million) and Copper (PKR 101.618 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 8 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 7.532 million were traded.
