KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 17.199 billion and the number of lots traded 13,757.
Major business was contributed by NSDQ 100 amounting to PKR 6.438 billion, followed by Gold (PKR 2.950 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.205 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.681 billion), DJ (PKR 1.558 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.137 billion), Silver (PKR 448.666 million), Copper (PKR 384.184 million), SP 500 (PKR 270.994 million), Natural Gas (PKR 109.083 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 14.248 million). In Agricultural Commodities, one lot of Cotton amounting to PKR 1.078 million were traded.
