KARACHI: On Friday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 13.330 billion and the number of lots traded at 15,523. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 3.561 billion, followed by
Crude Oil (PKR 2.692 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.889 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.659 billion), Silver (PKR 1.406 billion), DJ (PKR 1.151 billion), Copper (PKR 394.958 million), SP 500 (PKR 206.915 million), Platinum (PKR 203.476 million), Natural Gas (PKR 96.452 million), Palladium (PKR 38.684 million), Japan Equity (PKR 27.558 million) and Brent (PKR 1.853 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 7 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 7.187 million were traded.
